Paymatters.com is the new review website from Paymatters Limited and PayMatters Accountancy Services LLP (“Paymatters”).
Each month we plan to update with recent reviews and testimonials PayMatters have received and also the results of our monthly customer satisfaction survey.
Our monthly customer satisfaction is sent to all exiting clients and is designed to ensure we’ve met the standards we expect. Fortunately the reviews and marks we receive have consistently been from good to excellent but we are always keen to hear any ideas for improvement.
At Paymatters we have a saying that by requesting reviews we can help avoid complaints.
We are always seeking to tweak and improve our services, documentation and sales scripts to ensure we fully explain our service in terms that people fully understand.
Working as a contractor for the first time can be mind boggling as you just expect to get paid for the work you perform.
Unfortunately UK tax regulations don’t make it that simple and you initially have a decision to make to work as either an umbrella company employee, through your own limited company or to be paid with PAYE deducted through your recruitment agency. Unfortunately you can’t just get a cheque off the end client for the hours worked!
